We guarantee every item we sell.  If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return the item(s) in the original package for a full and prompt refund.  Music and video CD's, DVD's, and tapes can only be returned for defects in the CD's, DVD's, or tapes that makes the CD's, DVD's, or tapes unusable.

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. This guarantee does not apply to items that have been modified.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice that accompany your order.

When you return an item(s), please tell us why the item(s) is being returned.  We suggest that you return the item(s) "certified return receipt."  We are not responsible for any refund for returned products that are not received by us.  We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.  All refunds are paid by check.  It is important that you provide the address to which the check should be sent.
